Mini Treats

When the days are long, hard and busy and the weekends are, well, also busy, it’s nice to treat yo’ self, Parks and Rec style. And that’s exactly what I did on Saturday. I took a stroll to my local florist and picked up these two cuties, just €1 each, to brighten up the Mexican coke bottles that I took home as a souvenir of our trip to San Francisco.

I also wandered though the a couple of the second-hand shops in my area (Camden Street has loads), and picked up a sweet little jewellery dish for just €1.

Two great pick-me-ups for less than a fiver in Dublin? Who’d have thunk it.
