Dublin in bloom

Scorchio! The weather. It’s all we can talk about this week. Dublin looks great in this weather – everyone is in better form, the canal is jammed with happy punters outside The Barge having aprés work drinks and everything has sprung to life. I had the most incredible strawberries at the weekend, courtesy of Ben’s mum’s allotment. Every where I look, flowers are bursting into colour. Gorgeous blooms of all kinds keep catching my eye left, right and centre – especially roses though. I’m dying to go check out the rose gardens in the Iveagh Gardens too – wonder if they’re in  bloom yet?
