First Look at Autumn + Bash is Born!

I have still to go to on a leaf-kicking autumnal photo walk, but here are some pics I couldn’t help snapping. I took these on the way to work one morning – the light literally made me stop and stare. I nearly missed my bus, but wasn’t it worth it?

I can’t believe September has been and gone! I’ve been working on lots of gorgeous things, including a couple of shoots and a feature in the very gorgeous new bridal mag, Bash, which hits shelves today. I’m immensely proud that my work has been featured alongside so many talented creatives, and I truly believe it’s a publication like not other in this lovely island of ours. If that wasn’t enough, the crafty story I shot was my first time working with the incredibly talented Ciara of Style Serendipity. We’ve worked together since, and I can’t say enough good things about her; she’s a truly brilliant stylist, with a phenomenal eye.

If you follow me on Twitter, you may already know this, but I’m thrilled to say that the blog has made the shortlist for Best Photography Blog at this year’s Irish Blog Awards. I learned almost everything I know about photography online, and it was photoblogs that inspired me to pick up a camera, so I’m really grateful for the nod.
