Weekend wanderings
Happy Monday! How was your weekend? My Friday kicked off with all the feels as I – at long last – finished The Office (US). Totes emosh doesn’t even begin to cover it.
Saturday started off wonderfully though, with a lovely yoga class, followed by mint tea here and chats about new year schemes and dreams with two favourite ladies. I was only able to do it because something I scheduled in got cancelled, and it was a great reminder to make time for stuff like this, just hanging and chatting, not rushing off to the next thing. It’s these little small changes that I hope make days nicer and brighter.
In that vein, I popped into The Garden and picked up some pretty blooms, just for the pleasure I knew I would get out of shooting them and finding places to dot them around the house.
This week I’ll mainly be planning the March-April issue of the mag, and following through on one of my intentions by attending a college open night and hopefully signing up to an evening course. I’ll keep you posted!
