The Timeless Charm of Ballymaloe

A visit to Ballymaloe | nathalie.ie

It stands still in time. It had been a couple of years since I had last visited Ballymaloe (see here and here), and its charm was completely unchanged. Click through for a few pics from last week’s trip.

Although there had been updates and clever improvements, there was still a sense that everything is as it always has been – the same flowers blooming, the same gorgeous light, the same happy hens wandering freely around (well, perhaps they aren’t same…).

Ben has been going here since he was a kid, so it was great seeing where he used to play, and hearing decades old anecdotes. A visit to Ballymaloe | nathalie.ie
