Now this, this was so much fun to shoot. Right before I finished up as editor of Image interiors & Living, the magazine’s art director, deputy editor and I hopped in a car and headed west to shoot a story about the exciting, thriving Galway food scene. We took in Michelin restaurants and pop-up pizza joints, cool bars and cute food trucks, old favourites and brand new spots, as well as tons of great portrait opportunities. Some more pics after the jump, if you’d like to see!

Above and top: The Dough Bros, home to some seriously yum pizza.

And there you have it! A gorgeous city, with gorgeous food. Totally worth a city a break (and if you do, I can’t recommend a stay in The Stop B&B enough).
