Things that are helping right now, in no particular order:

– Getting close to water. The beach, the bay, the bath or the sink.
⁃ A daily household chores rota. Kitchen on Mondays. Laundry on Tuesday. It makes me feel less like the place is going to fall down around my ears and helps me just stop and move on when something is accomplished (instead of fretting about all that’s still to be done).
⁃ A forgotten box of super chocolatey M&S biscuits. And copious cups of tea to go with them.
⁃ Fun TV. For Ari: The Snowy Day, The Snowman and the Snowdog, JoJo and Gran Gran. For me: Bridgerton, Song Explorer.
⁃ Napping when he naps, even now.
⁃ Bright, uplifting essential oils: mandarin, lemongrass, peppermint (all from The Nature or Things, in a Kotanical diffuser)
