Super Seed Home-Made Granola

Make your own granola, and there's no going back.
My version is a re-jigged take on this awesome recipe from Minimalist Baker, which features dark chocolate. However, for a week-day kick start, I forgo the chocolate and add in a whole load of seeds.
A batch usually lasts us around two to three weeks in an air-tight container or jar. I serve it up with plain yoghurt and sometimes a bit of chopped fruit. I've also been known to grab a cheeky handful as a snack too.
