At last, I had a chance to take a breather and go through my pics from Emily’s gorgeously autumnal bloggy evening, which was quite a while back now. I’m working on some very fun shoots at the moment, but sadly it means that personal shooting gets put on the backburner. Still, as always, trying to find a happy balance. But back to the lifestyle bloggers evening – it was so nice to see familiar faces and meet new ones. The staff at Peperina were genuinely lovely (even patiently posing for pics!), the grub was delish, and, though my craft creation was less than impressive, I had a lot of fun.
It’s events like this that remind me of how much I love the opportunities that blogging presents – without this blog, I wouldn’t have met people like Julie, Rincy, Ciara, and Claire; wonderful, genuine, talented women who, thanks to online chats (and more and more offline meet ups and collaborations) I’m getting to know and admire more and more.
