Kicking off a new mini series sharing some of my favourite places to eat Mexican food in Dublin, of which there are many (though not as many as I'd like 😉 ).

First on the list is Mero Mero, which you can find every Saturday at Temple Bar's Meeting House Square weekly food market. They also have a great food truck near the Four Courts LUAS stop on the red line.

Run by Theresa and Gustavo Hernandez, the food is simple, authentic and delicious. They make everything from scratch, including an amazing collection of salsas (which you can sample and buy) and incredible refried beans. The menu changes regularly too – it might be fajitas one week, and sopes or tacos the next.
