Chowing down on Chorizo

I love chorizo. It’s almost verging on being a problem. I could eat it every day for a week and not get sick of it. I’m even in the process of making a little chorizo cookbook (using Blurb) to keep track of my fave recipes, and to share with other chorizo-loving friends.

To that end, I’ve been busy testing out different chorizo dishes (see, now I can call it research!) and will post some as I go along.

This one is one of my all-time favourites though – a warm chorizo, sweet potato and egg salad. It’s a recipe I found on BBC Good Food when a few summers ago and I absolutely adore it. On its own, this salad is a bit bland. But add in the delish paprika juices and sizzling chorizo chunks and you’re in heaven.

  1. In a freakish coincidence, there is a lovely chorizoey smell wafting into my apartment from somewhere else in the block as I’m writing this. Nyom!

And please do let me know when the book is available, would love a copy 🙂

@ Christina Thank you! Admittedly, it’s not too hard to make chorizo look delish…. nom nom.
